  Hey fellas, as you got older, into your early 30s, did you start finding women between their late 30s and late 40s attractive?

  somedays my dad would look at what i still call an older woman, and he'd call her attractive.

  i'd look at him like dude your nuts.

  i'm thinking just cuz your older doesn't mean its wrong to find younger women attractive.

  sexuality changed for me as i hit my 30's. now an older woman is far more interesting to me than a younger woman, the younger woman might be more fit but a woman with confidence, experience and natural beauty preferrably with that school teacher look , that works for me

  just look at the increasing number of anointed. the numbers are showing that some in the hall are making thier own decision of thier calling, it is nullifying the prophecies regarding the little flock. this is thier failsafe method of damage control to discredit ones.

  i cut and pasted the subject line from a comment made by one of this board's longtime members.

  it got me wondering if this is the prevalent thinking in here.

  for a very long time i believed that jw's and all fundamentalist christian folk are a cut above the norm.

  same here mozzie,i will never work for one of them again. they use the illusion that because they follow a stricter course they are more honest, dilligent, etc. but it is a load of crap.

  no offence taken gramdma, most of what i burned were duplicates of fairly recent books i still respect the bible though. it started after i was flipping through some of them and now when i look at the pictures they kinda make me sick, never is a worldy person respectable unless thier listening to a jw preach to them, always depicted as a drugged out, chimney smoking, bunch of crazed lunatics. pissed me off and just happened to notice a lighter on the bench and poof! i felt much better. i did save one copy of a few pubs though

  A watchtower , an awake, and a tract

  just got left at my door.

  i was only gone 20 minutes taking my daughter to school.

  either it was the jw woman who stopped by a couple of days ago (i was nice to her but declined the mags she offered) or it was my mother who i'm currently keeping at arm's length (yeah she's still blocked from calling me).

  The letter re: coil binding the elder book

  i think if an (intelligent) questioning jw was able to read the letter about coil binding the book the impact could/should be greater.

  this letter should be an embarrassment to the gb.

  what blatant and stupid instructions sent to a large group of men who are supposed to be available to instruct in an intelligent way persons coming with an assortment of life's problems.

  How to prepare for a JC defense

  many of you have heard this recording, but i wanted to post it again for some of you (bottleofwater) that will possibily be in jc's soon.

  rick townsend does an excellent job (imo) of attempting to defend his position to the elders.

  in nearly every category his arguments are stronger.. it is a bit frustrating to listen to because of the elders lack of reasoning ability, but rick is amazing.

  that tape just proved to me how much of a kangaroo court a JC is. living a happy good clean life free from the choking restrictions and misconception of WT teaching is THE best way to counter the cult. that was circular reasoning at its best.
